- Our key business is mail order of 4x4 parts world wide. Four Wheel Drives despatches parcels worldwide on a daily basis. Here is a guide to some of the services we offer. If you are requiring delivery to a country other than Australia or New Zealand, please email sales@landrovers.com.au so we can quote you better pricing on freight.
Regular size and weight parcels are sent on a 'cost per parcel' rate. These parcels are to be less than 20kg and are also subject to size restrictions! Unfortunately the on line shop is unable to calculate the number of parcels that will be sent in your order
As a result you will be given the option of :
a) Allowing us to despatch without further contact or
b) Four Wheel Drives will contact you by phone or e-mail with delivery costs for your approval before despatch.

All orders received by Four Wheel Drives will be confirmed via e-mail or phone call at your request. Our Order Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM Eastern time. - Four Wheel Drives does not give refunds, credits or exchange goods where a customer has simply changed their minds, has no use for the goods or can purchase the goods cheaper elsewhere. A credit may be authorised where goods have been found to be faulty.
Four Wheel Drives require full payment for all goods, plus insurance, prior to shipping any goods, unless by prior arrangement. Account customers must pay within the monthly cycle presented to them. We accept credit cards, EFTPOS, direct credit to our bank account, bank cheque, or cash. Personal cheques can only be accepted when presented with sufficient identification (3 pieces minimum).Freight charges may be applicable to some warranty claims. We also accept Pay Pal. - Insurance
- All goods should be insured by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep these goods insured should they wish to return the goods.
- Warranty
- All care is taken at Four Wheel Drives to have accurate pricing at all times unfortunately some times unexpected price increases do happen if this does happen you will be notified of the price difference and given the option to cancel.
Not all products can always be in stock fortunately our suppliers are generally very prompt in supplying our backorders if there is going to be an extended delay you will be notified - Returns

All goods returned for credit must be accompanied by the original invoice issued by
All Four Wheel Drives parts must be returned in the same condition as when the parts left our premises.
Where the goods returned have been damaged or altered, they will not be accepted for returns. No return goods shall be disassembled.
All returns must be sent at customers expense.
A Restocking Fee may apply to some return’s. Within 14 days 10% surcharge within 15-20 days 20% surcharge After 21 days no credit.
Goods returned that have been opened will not be refunded unless goods faulty.
Goods specially ordered for you are generally non returnable.
Engine bearings removed from heat shrink packages are non returnable under any circumstances.
All Parts sold with Manufacturers warranty only and all claims will be returned to manufacture for inspection before claim is paid if deemed faulty by manufacturer. Warranty does not include labour costs , Electrical items or ignition components.
